Ingredients For summertime salmon salad

2 lbskinned salmon fillets

16 ozpackage frozen english peas, thawed

2 cmayonnaise
-
2 ccelery, diced
-
3/4 conion, chopped

1/2 cgreen pepper, diced

1/2 csweet pickle relish
-
1 1/2 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
1/4 tspbeau monde seasoning
-
1/8 tspground white pepper
-
4 ccooked corkscrew or seashell macaroni
How To Make summertime salmon salad

1Arrange salmon fillets on a steaming rack. Place rack over boiling water; cover and steam salmon 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove salmon from steaming rack and let it cool.

2Flake salmon, and place in a large salad bowl. Add peas and the next 8 ingredients; stir well.

3Add macaroni; toss gently to combine. Cover and chill thoroughly.
