Ingredients For taco dip in a jar

  • 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 1 can
    taco seasoning mix
  • 16 oz
    can of refried beans
  • 2
    7 ounce refrigerated guacamole
  • 16 oz
    container refrigerated salsa
  • 1 c
    finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • garnish with: jalapeno and red fresno chilies, very thin sliced, if desired
  • fresh cilantro & tortilla chips

How To Make taco dip in a jar

    In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in water, taco seasoning; mix. Heat to simmering; cook 1-to 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in refried beans

    In 6 (8-oz)wide mouth jars, evenly layer beef mixture, sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
