a co-worker made this recipe for a holiday gathering and it was wonderful. Something different. It is classified as a salad, but we eat it for dessert as well.

Ingredients For merry christmas freeze

3 ccranberries, fresh

1 1/2 csugar

8 ozcrushed pineapple, drained very well

1/2 cnuts, chopped

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 cheavy whipping cream
How To Make merry christmas freeze

1Crush or grind cranberries. Add sugar and blend well. Add pineapple, nuts and cream cheese. Mix well.

2Whip heavy whipping cream until light and fluffy. Fold cranberry mixture in and pour into a bowl that is able to be put in freezer. Freeze.

3When ready to serve, take out of freezer approximately 30 minutes before serving.
