Ingredients For la vonne's fruit salad

1 lgorange (peeled and wedges cut into thin slices)

1 lggranny smith apple peeled, cored and cut into small slices

2 mdmangos (peeled cut up into bite size pieces)

1banana (peeled and sliced thinly)

2 cfresh strawberries (washed & sliced thinly)

2 cgrapes (washed & cut in half)
-
1 candiced pineapple & the juice (in its own juices)

2kiwi (peeled & thinly sliced)

1/4 cangoya cream of coconut (mix the can well so you get the natural fatty sugar that raises to the top of the can and cakes above the clear liquid)

1 dashvanilla extract

1/2lemon squeezed for its juice and pulp

1In a large bowl put all the ingredients and fold all the fruit together and serve

2If you want to add raisins it is a great touch; melons, mangos or passion fruit makes it taste so much better but you have to make sure they are in season to enhance the taste of the fruit salad.
