I used to order this salad at the Pasadena Cafe restaurant,they are closed now,so I make this version at home.

Ingredients For green pea and cheese salad

1 c sour cream

3 t. white vinegar

1/2 t. salt

32 oz. frozen green peas,thawed and drained

1 c cheddar cheese,cut in small cubes

1/3 c. minced green onions
How To Make green pea and cheese salad

1Mix sour cream, vinegar and salt in medium size bowl. Stir in peas,cheese and onions. Cover and chill until served
