I was taught how to make this on my first job. I worked at a Tastee Freeze resturant. The owner taught me ho to make it and now whenever there is a shower I am drafted to make it.

Ingredients For egg salad- fancy

  • 1 pkg
    18 pack of eggs
  • 1
    small jar of whole sweet pickles
  • 1 1/2 c
    mayonnaise- i use blue plate
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar

How To Make egg salad- fancy

    Boil the eggs- and peel- I use a food processor to mash the eggs. Remove to a bowl.

    In the processor chop the pickles till fine. Add to the eggs. Add Mayonaise, vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir together and taste. Should have a sweet taste to it.
