My brother in law hates raw veggies but he told me that he loves this salad and if there's ever any left over he is the one that takes it home. You can substitute other vegies example; carrots, celery, cucumbers or add them but the more you add the more dressing you'll need. Even the pickiest eaters will like this proof positive...my brother in law

Ingredients For easy cheesy conglomeration salad

  • 3 c
    fresh broccoli
  • 3 c
    fresh cauliflower
  • 1 md
    red onion
  • 3 Tbsp
    hormel bacon bits
  • 3/4 c
    reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    fat free miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    sugar substitute
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar

How To Make easy cheesy conglomeration salad

    In large bowl combine: the broccoli and cauliflower cut into bite size pieces, the onion chopped, the bacon bits and cheddar cheese.

    For the topping, combine: the miracle whip, the sugar substitute and the apple cider vinegar, mix until smooth, pour over vegie mixture and mix well.

    Refridgerate a few hours..........Enjoy!
