deviled eggs

Whenever we have a family cookout the "boys" in the family ALWAYS ask for deviled eggs. Since they are a little time comsuming to make, we try to spread out the "duties" amoung several of the women. Here is my version.

Ingredients For deviled eggs

  • 6
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c
    miracle whip salad dressing
  • 1 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    yellow mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    pepper

How To Make deviled eggs

    Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Set whites aside.

    Mash yolks. Add remaining ingredients to yolks. Either by hand or using a hand mixer, mix until smooth.

    After making sure the egg white halves are dry, spoon egg yolk mixture back into them. For more decorative deviled eggs, use a pasty tube to fill them.

    Chill thoroughly before serving.
