Ingredients For chilled vegetable salad

  • 1 can
    white shoepeg corn - 15 oz. size, drained
  • 1 can
    small peas, like le seuer, 15 oz. size, drained
  • 1 can
    french style green beans, 15 oz. size, drained
  • half c
    chopped green onions
  • half c
    chopped green pepper
  • half c
    celery, chopped
  • 1 jar
    pimento, drained and chopped

How To Make chilled vegetable salad

    Pour all vegetables into large bowl.

    Mix together 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.

    Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and mix well.

    Let stand in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
