Ingredients For chilled vegetable salad

1 canwhite shoepeg corn - 15 oz. size, drained

1 cansmall peas, like le seuer, 15 oz. size, drained

1 canfrench style green beans, 15 oz. size, drained

half cchopped green onions
-
half cchopped green pepper
-
half ccelery, chopped
-
1 jarpimento, drained and chopped
How To Make chilled vegetable salad

1Pour all vegetables into large bowl.

2Mix together 3/4 cup vinegar, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil.

3Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and mix well.

4Let stand in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
