How To Make yummy honey & baked garlic balsamic dressing

  PREP/PREPARE

  Gather your ingredients.

  Chef's Note: I used a balsamic vinegar infused with blueberries... A marriage made in heaven.

  Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 325f (165c).
•

  Place the garlic on a piece of parchment paper, and drizzle a bit olive oil on top.
•

  Pull the parchment paper together, and twist together at the top.
•

  Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
•

  Remove from the oven and allow the garlic to cool.
•

  Sprinkle with a bit of salt, and then mash with the flat side of a kitchen, or santoku knife.
•

  Add the honey, vinegar, garlic, and mustard to a medium bowl.
•

  Whisk to combine the ingredients.
•

  Slowly add the olive oil, and continue to whisk until all the oil has been added, and it forms an emulsion.
•

  Season with a bit of salt and pepper, to taste.
•

  PLATE/PRESENT

  This is an excellent dressing for a nice bed of salad greens. Enjoy.
