    head curly endive, torn

    head iceburg lettuce, torn
  • 1
    head romaine lettuce, torn
  • 10 oz
    fully ripened brie
  • 1 c
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced (large cloves)
  • 1 tsp
    green onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • garlic-flavored croutons

How To Make mixed green salad with hot brie dressing

    Combine endive and lettuces in a large salad bowl; toss well, and set aside.

    Remove and discard the rind from the Brie; cut the cheese into small pieces. Combine cheese, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, green onions, and pepper in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts.

    Pour warm dressing over the greens, tossing gently to coat evenly. Sprinkle salad with croutons, and serve immediately.
