I don't know why we call it salad...it is a desert and has absolutely no salad in it!!!

Ingredients For white salad

1 ptsour cream (16 oz)

28 oz packages of cream cheese-softened

1large bag of mini marshmallows

216 oz cans of fruit cocktail
How To Make white salad

1Drain fruit cocktail well

2Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream with mixer.

3Melt marshmallows and blend well with sour cream and cream cheese mixture.

4Add well drained fruit cocktail and mix well with a spoon.

5Mixture will be thick. Pour in bowl and refrigerate at least 4 - 6 hours before serving.
