  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 cups mixed fruit (i like strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, cherries, banana)

How To Make weight watchers poppy seed fruit salad

  • Step 1
    Mix honey, lemon juice, poppy seeds & ginger in a small bowl until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Place fruit in a large serving bowl. Add dressing & toss gently to coat. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour or more until ready to serve.
