If you are looking for something to serve a large crowd, this is what I make for Showers, Receptions, Baptisms, Communions and Graduations! I have been making this for over 25 years! It is a very big hit and everyone goes back for more. *Make the day before event for best results.

Ingredients For shelley's white angel fluff for 120 people

    tubs (large- 16 oz. each) of cool whip
  • 7 can
    of mandarin oranges (12 oz. each)
  • 4 can
    (large- 20 oz. each) of pineapple chunks
  • 2
    bags bags of white (mini) marshmallows (16 oz. each)
  • 2
    bags of sweet coconut (14 oz. each)

How To Make shelley's white angel fluff for 120 people

    DRAIN FRUIT VERY WELL.

    When fruit is well drained, combine with other ingredients in a very, very large catering/serving bowl. Refrigerate.

    (***I always make the day before because it tastes better the day after it is made. The marshmallows soften and fluff and flavors blend.)
