This recipe came from my mother-in-law, and became a holiday favorite. Now my granddaughter just wants it for an after-school treat!

Ingredients For grammy's five-cup fruit salad

  • 1 can
    canned mandarin oranges, drained well
  • 1 can
    pineapple chunks, drained well
  • 1 c
    mini-marshmallows
  • 1 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 1 c
    sour cream, lite, fat-free, whole (your choice)

How To Make grammy's five-cup fruit salad

  • 1
    Drain fruit well, place into mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and gently mix well. Place in refrigerator in covered bowl for two or more hours. Just before serving, put fruit salad into pretty serving bowl. Recipe can be doubled and tripled easily for potlucks!
