Ingredients For blue cheese waldorf salad

4 lgapples, chopped

2 cgreen grapes, halved

1 1/3 cchopped celery

1/2 craisins

1 Tbsplemon juice

2/3 cfat free mayonnaise

2/3 cbuttermilk
-
1/3 ccrumbled blue cheese

1 Tbspsugar
-
1/4 cchopped walnuts, toasted
How To Make blue cheese waldorf salad

1In a large bowl, combine the apples, grapes, celery, raisins and lemon juice.

2In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, blue cheese and sugar. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

3Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts.

4This is 4 points with weight watchers.

5Blue cheese perks up this version of a traditional Waldorf salad. Serve over lettuce leaves for a great lunch.
