I love Fugi apples the most out of all the apples. I buy them in a big bag at BJ's Wholesale. Anyway this recipe comes off the bag. Last yr I made this for a Christmas party and nothing was left. It is AMAZING!!

2-3 mdfuji apples, unpeeled, cored and chopped

2 cbroccoli florettes

2 ccoleslaw mix
-
1/4 cdried cranberries
-
3/4 cprepared cole slaw dressing (marie's is best)

optional: bacon bits or sunflower seeds
How To Make apple broccoli coleslaw salad

1Combine apples, broccoli, coleslaw mix and dried cranberries in large bowl. Add coleslaw dressing and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate leftovers.
