Ingredients For coranation chicken

  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    apricots chopped
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 3 c
    chicken chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 1 c
    onion

How To Make coranation chicken

  • 1
    Cook onion until tender. Mix in curry, tomatoe paste,lemon juice, and bay leaf.Stirring often for 10- 15 minuetes.Until liguid is absorbed.

    Combine onion mixture with apricots,mayonnaise and chicken in a large bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. Serve on salad greens or use it in sandwhiches. ENJOY
