Ingredients For peanut butter cookie balls

  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1 lb
    crunchy (or smooth) peanut butter
  • 1to11/2 stick
    margarine or butter
  • 3 c
    rice krispies, crushed
  • 1 lb
    baking chocolate (sometimes called almond bark)

How To Make peanut butter cookie balls

    In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, peanut butter and margarine. Add Rice Krispies to mixture. Roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place on a cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator overnight. In double broiler, melt chocolate. Dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper to set.
