We adopted Ziggy 6 months after losing Diggy...it was so strange that their names were so similar but he captured my heart the minute I saw him....we took him home and he was a perfect fit!! He has been with us 2 years now and we are so happy he chose us!!

1Ziggy became a part of our family after losing our Diggy. He was rescued by the SPCA after the owner asked that he be put down...apparently he was found as a baby abandoned by his mother on the native reserve...a little boy found him and took him home and he was allowed to run free....now tell me, what do puppies do when they see kids on bikes and skate boards...they chase them!! This is why he was being terminated!! Thank God for Sandy at the shelter as she stepped in and said she'd find him a home. We went to look about 6 months after we lost Diggy and we fell in love with him!! He is awesome!! He is a working member of our household as he drags us out for 3 good walks a day!! He is patient, quiet and so loving!!
