This recipe was in my new Ruralite magazine,the article was called"Lovin'Turkey Leftovers".I will be posting all the recipes because they all sound good, and wanted to share.

Ingredients For turkey casserole

4 cleftover prepared stuffing,divided
-
4 c(about a pound)coarsely chopped leftover cooked turkey

3/4 cmayonnaise,divided
-
1/4 cwhole-berry cranberry sauce
-
2 cleft-over mashed potatoes
-
1 1/2 c(about 6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 ccelery,thinly sliced
How To Make turkey casserole

1Preheat oven to 375F.Spray an 8-baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.Spoon 2 cups of stuffing into the baking dish and top with turkey.

2Combine 1/4 cup mayonaise with the cranberry sauce and spread evenly over turkey.Comine the remaining 1/2 cup mayonaise,potatoes and cheese in a large bowl.Evenly spread this on top of the cranberry and mayo mixture.Top it all with celery and the remaining 2 cups of stuffing.

3Bake 40 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.If desired, garnis with dried cranberries
