My son-in-law made this up one day for a football game/party. He made it w/ ground beef though. It tastes just as good w/ the ground turkey, just a little healthier.

Ingredients For spicy cheeseburger pizza

  • 1/2 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 lb
    lite or reduced-fat velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2"-cubes
  • 1
    12" boboli pizza crust or other ready-made, baked pizza crust
  • 1
    10 oz can diced tomatoes w/ chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 c
    shredded lettuce

How To Make spicy cheeseburger pizza

    Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a lg baking sheet or pizza pan w/ cooking spray made w/ olive oil. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place pan over med-high heat.

    Brown ground turkey in skillet. Stir in velveeta cheese until melted. Place pizza crust on pan.

    In small bowl, mix together tomatoes and ketchup. Spread mix over crust. Top w/ meat and cheese mix. Bake about 10 min, or until heated through and slightly brown. Top w/ lettuce.
