I got this recipe from a friend of mine who swears by Hamburger Helper, which i never used before, but is great in this recipe.

Ingredients For easy taco skillet

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 3 c
    hot water
  • 1 box
    hamburger helper crunchy taco mix
  • 1
    15 oz can spicy chili beans in juice
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    shredded lettuce
  • 1 lg
    tomato, chopped

How To Make easy taco skillet

  • 1
    In lg skillet, cook ground turkey until browned, over med-high heat. Stir in hot water, sauce mix from hamburger helper, and beans. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in rice from hamburger helper. reduce heat, cover, simmer 20 min or until rice is tender.

    In small bowl, stir in milk and topping mix from hamburger helper. Remove skllet from heat. Top each serving w/ topping /milk mix, lettuce, tomatoes and corn chips from hamburger helper.
