Cooking for two for pre-Chirstmas Holiday I came up with this as a precursor to my boyfriend's holiday meal at his parents. At first I was planning to make two different items, but blended them at the end and it proved to be delious and satisfing!

Ingredients For classic green bean casserole redux

  • 1 lb
    fresh frozen green beans
  • 1/2 c
    cremini mushrooms
  • 4-6 slice
    bacon, cooked
  • 1
    yellow onions
  • 1 lb
    pepper turkey
  • 12-14 oz
    1 jar alfredo pobalo sauce (classico brand)
  • 1/3 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1 pkg
    rigatoni pasta, cooked

How To Make classic green bean casserole redux

    cut & cook bacon into bite size, kitchen scissors work great!. Add chopped onion, then quartered mushrooms, then add green beans. Cook till green beans are just tender. Set aside.

    Cook Rigatoni till al dente', cover. In sauce pan heat sauce, with ranch dressing add chunks of bite sized pepper turkey.

    Drain pasta, combine green bean mixture with sauce mixture pour over Pasta! Your done serve!
