Ingredients For bowtie pasta parmesan

  • 1 1/4 lb
    ground turkey
  • 1/2 md
    yellow onion diced
  • 1 can
    beef broth (14oz)
  • 2 can
    italian style diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
  • 3 c
    uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 2 lg
    zucchini sliced
  • 3/4 c
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make bowtie pasta parmesan

    In a large skilllet brown meat and onion until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

    To the same skillet add beef broth, tomatoes, and pasta. Stir to coat pasta. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Add zucchini, continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes more.

    Return meat to skillet, add parmesan cheese stir to reheat meat and melt cheese.
