1/2 cdry bread crumbs

1 ccrushed crackrt crumbs

1/2 cmelted butter

2 Tbspminced parsley

28-oz. cans oysters

1/2 chalf-and-half
How To Make scalloped oysters

1Mix bread crumbs, butter and parsley. Sprinkle half of this mixture in bottom of 6x8-inch baking dish. Drain oysters reserving 1/2 cup of liquid. Arrange oysters on crumbs. Combine reserved liquid and half-and-half, pour over oysters. Salt is not needed. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
