Ingredients For poseidon sammie

  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • 3/4 c
    red pepper, finely diced
  • 1/3 c
    green onions sliced
  • 3/4 lb
    sliced bacon cooked
  • 3/4 lb
    cooked bacon diced or crumbled
  • 2 lb
    wild caught longostino lobester tail (costco, pre cooked)
  • 1/2 c
    ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    yancey's fancy horseradish smoked bacon aged cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    medium cheddar cheese, diced
  • 3/4 c
    mayonaise
  • 1/4 c
    jd's baconaise, or hidden valley smoked bacon ranch dip
  • 1 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    cj's seasoning (on jap) or season all type seasoning
  • dill weed to taste
  • croissants (or bread of choice)

How To Make poseidon sammie

  • 1
    Bake or fry bacon
  • 2
    Thaw lobster tails in cold water and drain in colander or salad spinner
  • 3
    slice and dice all vegetables.
  • 4
    shred and dice cheese.
  • 5
    Mix together mayonnaise and spices, add additional spices to taste u want.
  • 6
    Mix together all ingredients except for bacon slices.
  • 7
    slice bread and add seafood mixture, top with salad greens and bacon.
