I like to cut my ribs instead of cooking it like a whole slab. So I place the ribs on the grill to cook.

Grill 45 min to 1 hour or until ribs are done.

Dip ribs into your choice of barbecue sauce.I have my own special sauce. It's called Matty's sauce.
