Ingredients For the best crockpot pork roast

  • 1 lb
    pork roast (i used an already garlic & herb marinaded pork roast)
  • 3 sm
    green peppers
  • 3 sm
    red peppers
  • 2
    freshly chopped jalapeño peppers
  • 2 clove
    garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chilli powder
  • 2 c
    water or your favorite beer
  • 1/2
    onion (chopped) *if you are not an onion fan, you can replace the onion with 2 tsp of onion powder instead*

How To Make the best crockpot pork roast

  • 1
    Carefully chop peppers, jalapeños, onions, & garlic (you can mix seeds from peppers & jalapeños into the chopped peppers to add a little spice!)

    Place your THAWED chunk of pork roast in center of crockpot.

    Decor the surrounding of the pork roast by spreading the beautifully chopped veggies around the roast.

    Sprinkle salt, pepper, chilli power, (onion salt) over roast & veggies then pour water (or beer) over it to make the brothy goodness.

    Cook pork roast for 6-8 hours on LOW or until roast has fallen apart nicely (it's best to cook it overnight so you don't feel like you're waiting all that time). Enjoy!
