Hangin' Head In Shame.......... I admit it I am not a BBQ eater, not sure what it it that I don't like but I just don't like it! It is hard when you need to cook BBQ because everyone in your house LOVES it! For years my family has told me that I really suck at it UNTIL about 5 months ago I got Ribs done RIGHT!!!! And the thing is they are just so dag-gone simple!! These Ribs just are so moist and fall right off the bone! HaHa jokes on them! I win, right??? They ask for these it seems like weekly so I keep a stock of pork baby-back ribs now in my deep freezer!

Ingredients For super simple (and good) pork ribs

  • 1 pkg
    pork baby back ribs
  • 1 bottle
    your choice bbq sauce
  • salt and pepper

How To Make super simple (and good) pork ribs

  • 1
Rinse and pat dry 1 pack of pork baby back ribs
  • 2
Turn ribs with silver side (bottom) up. And slice through the silver skin between each rib bone. (you can remove it if you like but my family likes it) This lets the ribs lay flat, if you don't cut through it they will curl up on ya.
  • 3
    Salt and pepper both sides
  • 4
Wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil and place on baking sheet.
  • 5
    Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • 6
Place ribs in oven for 2 hours
  • 7
Remove ribs after the 2 hours are up and open foil, pull it back from the ribs and sorta make a side wall out of it.
  • 8
Bump heat up to 375 degree
  • 9
Top ribs with your favorite bbq sauce and return to oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until the bbq sauce has that good sticky look to it.
  • 10
Remove from oven and serve with favorite sides.
