Ingredients For sesame-ginger pork roast chops & broccoli

    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    plus 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 1
    lime, zested and juiced (about 1 tsp zest and 2 tbsp juice)
  • 1 bag
    16 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 lb
    boneless pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-in thick chops
  • white pepper
  • sweet asian chili sauce
  • 3 c
    cooked jasmine brown rice

How To Make sesame-ginger pork roast chops & broccoli

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Spray a 9x13x2-in pan with cooking spray.

    In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, and the ginger; season the dressing with pepper.

    Dip pork in dressing and place in the center of pan. Pour broccoli florets around chops and pour remaining dressing over broccoli.

    Bake for about 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink inside.

    Serve with sweet Asian chili sauce and Jasmine brown rice.
