    red chiles, ground
  • 1/4 c
    tequila
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1/4 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    carrot, chopped

    cloves garlic, cut in half
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 c
    snipped fresh parsley

    Spread mustard over the pork tenderloin.

    Heat oil and garlic in a 10-inch skillet until hot.

    Cook pork in oil over medium heat until brown.
