"Toastie pie" Toasted sandwich made in grill press or toasted sandwich press/maker. Great way to use up last nights left over roast, stumbled onto the idea one lazy evening.

Heat grill press/ toasted sandwich maker. Butter bread, place in buttered side facing press, add pork, apple sauce and gravy, close, cook until bread browned. Multigrain bread goes very well with this.
