The pork chops? Eh, not bad. The relish? YUM! I went to Lawrys.com to find a creative way to use my Hawaiian Marinade. The relish made far more than could be eaten with the pork chops, so we used it on all of our meats, including hot dogs. Enjoy!

Ingredients For pork chops with cranberry-jalapeno relish

  • 1/2 c
    Hawaiian marinade (Lawry's)
  • 2 Tbsp
    Hawaiian marinade (Lawry's)
  • 4
    bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 md
    bell peppers, diced, color of your choice
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1 md
    cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 lg
    red onion, diced
  • 1/2 c
    chopped dried cranberries or apricots
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How To Make pork chops with cranberry-jalapeno relish

    In large plastic bag pour 1/2 cup Hawaiian marinade over chops; turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

    In medium bowl, combine 2 tbsp Hawaiian marinade with remaining ingredients.

    Remove chops, discarding bag and marinade. Grill chops, turning once, 15 minutes, or until chops are done. To serve, arrange chops on serving platter and top with relish.
