To help reduce clean up, I find it easier to brown pork chops on the side burner on the grill outside. This will reduce the amount of oily cleanup on the stove.

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1 cuncooked long grain rice

1 can14 1/2 oz. chicken broth

1/2 cwater

1 pkg(10 oz) frozen peas

1 smonion, chopped

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspdried thyme
How To Make pork chops over rice

1In a large skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil; remove. Drain.

2Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Place the pork chops over the rice mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender.
