My family alway thought this was a really good recipe. Good served with mashed potatoes & the sour cream sauce mixture can be used for gravy.

Ingredients For pork chops in sour cream with lemon, onion & more!

    1/2" thick, or more, pork chops
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slice
    each lemon, onion, green pepper rings
  • 4 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    chili sauce

How To Make pork chops in sour cream with lemon, onion & more!

    Slice lemon, onion & green pepper really thin. Brown chops in skillet with salt & pepper to taste. Put one slice each lemon, onion & green pepper on top of each chop. Put 1 Tbsp. honey on each chop.

    Mix sour cream and chili sauce together. Pour sour cream & chili sauce mixture over the chops and cover tightly. Cook gently at a simmer til chops are tender, about 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops.
