How To Make pork chop bake

In large skillet heat oil and brown pork chops; drain.

In greased 2- quart oblong baking dish arrange potatoes, onion and pork chops.

Add soup mix blended with 1 1/2 cups water. Pour into dish.

Cover and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender in 350 degree oven.
