Ingredients For pork and macaroni bake

  • 1 lb
    pork, ground
  • 7 oz
    macaroni, cooked
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 oz
    mushrooms, undrained
  • 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated

How To Make pork and macaroni bake

  • 1
    Cook pork, onion, and garlic in hot oil until onion is golden; add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasonings and simmer 15 minutes.

    Alternate layers of macaroni, cheese and meat in greased 2 quart casserole.

    Sprinkle top with cheese and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
