How To Make one pot pork chop supper

1IN A VERY LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COOK ONION AND PORK CHOPS IN OIL UNTIL BROWNED. DRAIN; ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS TO SKILLET.

2MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO SKILLET. COVER; REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR, UNTIL PORK CHOPS ARE TENDER.

3THIS CAN BE SERVED WITH FRESH SPINACH (OUR FAVORITE), OR A TOSSED SALAD, AND YOU HAVE A COMPLETE, HEALTHY MEAL!
