Every Christmas and Thanksgiving my mother would always bake this Ham.Great flavor the next day for breakfast, or sandwiches, or ham and biscuit.

Ingredients For my mother's holiday ham

    10 pound fully cooked, bone in ham
  • 15
    whole cloves
  • 2 c
    packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 c
    brown mustard
  • 1 c
    apple juice
  • 3/4 c
    bourbon
  • 1 can
    pineapple slices

How To Make my mother's holiday ham

    Preheat oven to 350 degree, Remove skin from ham and trim fat, to 1/4 inch thickness, Make shallow cuts in fat in a diamond pattern. Push cloves into ham in a decorative pattern; place in a lightly grease roasting pan.

    Stir together brown sugar and next 3ingredients. Pour over ham, saving 1/4 cup for basting the ham. bake for 2 hour or until meat thermometer inserted read 140. basting with juices and remaining glaze every 20 minutes.
