I never buy packaged pork chops. I always have the butcher behind the counter cut them from a pork loin every time we want a good pork chop. This wonderful dish is great on either thick sliced bread of hot cooked noodles. My husband and I uaually put it on top of thick bread. It makes it easy when there is just the two of us. When we have family or friends over I use hot cooked noodle along with a green salad and any vegetable of the night. Either way; this dish is great. Of course you can see that this dish is not one of of my diet dishes.Could use low fat ingredieants and cluten free bread.
