Ingredients For marinated pork chops with cilantro salsa

    pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    mint, fresh minced
  • cilantro, fresh and chopped
  • 1 c
    tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • SALSA INGREDIENTS
  • pinch
    pepper
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1
    garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped

How To Make marinated pork chops with cilantro salsa

    Trim fat from pork chops; place pork in glass or plastic dish.

    Mix oil, lime juice, chili powder and garlic; rub into both sides of pork, using back of spoon.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.

    Prepare Cilantro - Mint Salsa - See recipe below.

    CILANTRO - MINT SALSA: Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl; cover and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.

    Grill over medium coals for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
