most ribs are to much work for me, these are easy and very delicious. i like to brown them on the grill or broiler after they are cooked.

  • 21/2 lb
    pork baby ribs, cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1 md
    onion, sliced
  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • 1/3 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    mollasses
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp
    stone groud mustard
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    ggalic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    liquid smoke (optional0
  • dash salt
  • 5 tsp
    corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp
    cold water

How To Make lazy mans ribs, slow cooker

  • 1
    rub ribs with cajun seasoning. layer ribs and onion in 5 qt slow cooker. in a bowl, combine the next 12 ingredients . pour over ribs. cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until meat is tender. remove ribs and keep warm. strain cooking juices and skim fat, transfer to a sauce pan. combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth, stir into juices . bring to a boil and stir for 2 mimutes ,or until thickened. serve with ribs. yeild 4 servings.enjoy
