    boneless center cut pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar
    roasted red peppers, drained (12 oz)
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper

  • Drying pork chops.

    Rinse pork chops and pat dry.
  • Seasoning pork chops.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with Italian seasoning pressing into the meat.
  • Grilling the pork chops.

    Grill at medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side. The internal temp should be 145 degrees.
  • Covering pork chops with roasted red peppers.

    Place roasted red peppers on chops to cover.
  • Adding cheese on top of the red peppers.

  • Pork chops removed from grill once cheese melts.
