Ingredients For fruited barbecue sauce for ribs

  • 1 bottle
    12 ounce bbq sauce
  • 1 bottle
    9 ounce apricot preserves
  • 1 bottle
    9 once orange marmalade
  • 1 bottle
    9 once peach preserves
  • 3 oz
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar

How To Make fruited barbecue sauce for ribs

    Mix all the ingredients. In a sauce pan at low heat simmer for 10 minutes. Allow the sauce to cool.

    Cut 2 slabs of Baby back rubs in serving size pieces, Place them in bioling water for 15 minutes or until the pink is gone. dry them and add the special BBQ sauce and place them on the grill angling them to the left on the grill for 5 minutes then turn them to the right for 5 minutes this makes a great marking, we first eat with our eyes. turn the ribe to the other side brushing the BBQ sauce as you go. Place them on the plate with extra special BBQ sauce. Enjoy
