This is a much smaller version of my smokey ham and beans. It also uses the bacon that is double smoked from my smoked meatloaf recipe! This won't last long, I just put it in the CrockPot a few minutes ago, my family's only complaint, they cant fit their heads in the crockpot to get every last morsel! Enjoy!

If you do not have the double smoked bacon leftover from my smoked meatloaf recipe, adding 4-6 dashes of liquid smoke will work. It will not taste anything like this recipe does without the double smoked bacon though!

Also, you will have to add water throughout the cooking process! Just add chicken granules as needed to fit your taste buds! I have also used 1lb of pinto and 1lb of lentils in this recipe and it turns out very good as well!
