Ingredients For cream mushroom pork chops

  • 4
    boneless pork chops
  • 1 can
    cream mushroom soup
  • italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2
    beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk or half and half
  • 2 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt or powder

How To Make cream mushroom pork chops

  • 1
    dip chops in beaten eggs then in seasoned bread crumbs, press hard so chops are well coated
  • 2
    fry chops in heated cooking oil five minutes each side on medium/low heat till well browned.

    transfer chops to baking dish, mix milk salt pepper and cream of mushroom soup pour over chops. sprinkle with paprika and bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
