Last night I came home later than usual so I asked my son to help me make something. I had frozen ravioli and bratwurst. He came up with this dish and it was so good.

Ingredients For brian's ravioli

5ct bratwurst
1/2 pkg

frozen ravioli
1/2

onion, chopped

cloves garlic, miniced
1 c

spaghetti sauce
1 c

mozzerella cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese, garnish

How To Make brian's ravioli

Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil. Add in sliced bratwurst and brown onion and meat. Meanwhile boil ravioli according to package directions. Add ravioli and sauce. Toss to coat ravioli. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and let melt. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
