1 1/2 csoft bread crumbs

2 Tbspgreen pepper, finely chopped

1 lbground beef

1/4 lbground pork

2 Tbspcatsup

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 tspdry mustard
How To Make beef and pork ring

1Mix egg, milk, crumbs, onion, green pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper.

2Add meats; mix well. In a 9 inch glass pie plate, shape meat mixture into a ring, 1 inch high, around a small juice glass.

3Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven for 8 minutes; giving the dish a quarter turn every 2 minutes. Spoon off fat.

4Mix remaining ingredients; spread over meat. Micro-cook, uncovered, about 2 minutes, or until done.
