This glaze is great. You can never have too much. You may want to double it so that you have extra sauce!

Your holiday meal will be a little sweeter with this baked ham. The orange and apricot glaze is fantastic! Sweet citrus flavor shines bright. It's the perfect complement to the savory ham. We suggest doubling the glaze to have enough to pour over each slice when plated.

    fully cooked spiral sliced ham (10-14) pounds.
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1 can
    orange juice concentrate, thawed (6 oz.)
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/3 c
    apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves

How To Make baked ham with honey apricot glaze

  • Oven preheating to 325F.

    Heat oven to 325 F.
  • Ham in a shallow roasting pan.

    Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  • Honey, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, apricot jam, nutmeg, and cloves combined.

    Stir together honey, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, apricot jam, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Glaze poured over the ham while it bakes.

    Bake ham for 30 minutes; pour glaze over ham and continue to bake until ham is heated through (about 2 1/2 hours) About 15-18 minutes per pound.
